This NeurIPS 2021 meetup takes place in Copenhagen aiming to act as the central meetup for this area. The meetup will consist of physical talks by attendees with accepted papers, a collection of invited talks, open poster sessions, and virtual conference attendence. The meetup is organized by ELLIS Copenhagen.

Program

The meetup programme will consist of:

  • NeurIPS keynotes streamed realtime or recorded
  • 4 physical keynotes
  • Physical talks on accepted NeurIPS papers from Scandinavia
  • A physical poster session
  • Coffee- and lunch breaks with plenty of opportunity to interact with your colleagues

In addition to the main meetup programme, which will run in Festsalen, we have also booked a number of smaller rooms (see details below). You can use these for break-out discussions, participating in online programme parallel to the meetup programme, or retreating from the meetup for other things you may want to do. We only have these rooms in select time slots, see overview below.

Venue

The main meetup programme will take place in Festauditoriet, Bülowsvej 17, and most lunches will take place in GIMLE auditorium.

In addition to Festauditoriet, we have also booked a number of smaller rooms, which are available in select timeslots. These can be used freely (within the time slots) for e.g. break-out discussions. More precisely, we have:
